SOAP Application - Search Advanced - TimeOff Request

We have recently implemented SuitePeople and would like to retrieve some vacation request information into our SOAP application. I have created a saved search for the Time-Off Requests but cannot see a way to run this search in the application as there is no TimeOffRequestSearchAdvanced object.

Is there a way to get the results of a saved search for an undefined search type?
