Sales Order Shipping Cost on Initial Invoice
Background: I have read many articles in SuiteAnswers as well as questions submitted to the NetSuite Community.
Based on our business practices, the shipping cost on the sales order is what the customer paid. Next, the item fulfillment record is created with the shipping cost sourced from the sales order. Once the item fulfillment is completed, marked as shipped, the shipping cost field is updated with the updated cost we paid to ship the order, which may not match shipping cost on the sales. When the invoice is created, I need the shipping cost to be sourced from the sales order and NOT from the item fulfillment record. In the case of multiple
