Unable to inactivate accounts
I need to inactivate a handful of Accounts, but can not find any way that works. When I Edit the account, the INACTIVE checkbox is grayed out. When I try to use the INACTIVE checkbox in the list view, I get an error saying that "1 activation(s) / inactivation(s) did not succeed. Please check and try again". I tried to use the procedure described in https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/38257/kw/error%20inactivating%20account, but that does NOT change the behavior.
I have learned that this can be an issue with System-created accounts or with Tax Control Accounts, but neither of these seem to apply.
