NSC | FAM > Processes Stuck in Queue
One of the main reasons why it's taking too long for the system to complete a FAM process is because there are other processes stuck in queue.
In this instance, you may have processed an Asset disposal and an Asset Transfer at the same time. To resolve this, here's what you can do:
- Navigate to Customization > Scripting > Script Deployments
- In the Filter pane > Type = Scheduled
- Look for the ID customdeploy_fam_processmanager_ss
- Click the Edit link
- Status = Not Scheduled
- Under Schedule tab, select the Single Event
- Save and Execute
