When a Timesheet is submitted for approval, approvers expect that only one email will be received as a notification. But what if multiple emails has been coming in?

Here's one possible scenario that might have been causing this:

If you have created and submitted a Timesheet and subsequently edited each time entry, an email will be sent for each.

1. Create weekly timesheet with multiple lines (could be different department or location)
2. Click Save
3. Go to the list of Time Tracking entries
4. Edit each time entry individually
5. Click Submit

The result of the above would result to 1 email for each time entry submitted.
