Adding Results of Multiple Case When SQL Statements

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:26PM in Search / Reporting 6 comments

Apologies in advance for the probably obvious answer to my question below.

I am trying to add the results of multiple Case When statements in my saved search. We have multiple complexities which is making our 1099 reporting difficult which requires these formulas.

When I create these 8 formulas separately (first screenshot), the results sum to the correct amount. However, when I enter the "aggregated" formula (second screenshot), it returns only the result of the first Case When statement that returns a result.

How do I sum the results of all my case statements rather than just pulling the result of one? For example, the $8,320 returned below is incorrect while the $6,400 is correct.

Howdy, Stranger!
