AE:Create a requisition for an expense

Hi folks,

we can only select items, if we create an purchase requesition/order. I think it's is unabled somewere, but I cannot find where. See also screenshot I added, I cannot select expenses or items.

I already checked the forms, but here "show" has been checked.

Could you please help, where I can find this option?
