Updated NetSuite Connector Terms of Service

This notice is intended for customers who are using NetSuite Connector (FarApp) services.

What is Changing?

We have updated the terms of service governing use of the NetSuite Connector services, which are located at https://www.oracle.com/corporate/contracts/cloud-services/netsuite (the "Oracle Subscription Agreement for NetSuite Connectors"). The updated Oracle Subscription Agreement for NetSuite Connectors will become effective at the beginning of the next Renewal Term. If you wish to object to the updated terms, please notify Oracle in accordance with the Oracle Subscription Agreement for NetSuite Connectors prior to the expiration of your current Renewal Term ("Notice"). Upon Oracle’s receipt of your Notice, your subscription to NetSuite Connector Services will continue to be governed by previous version of the Oracle Subscription Agreement for NetSuite Connectors until we:
