Does WAVE search omit SO lines with manual shipments?
We have been sometimes seeing SO lines that are due to ship and have committed product, but do no show up on the Create-a-Wave search. We were not seeing any rhyme or reason for the ones that failed to show up in WAVE, until yesterday. We had a sales order with 3 lines for the same product. All 3 had committment. Two of them had previous partial shipments. One of those was not showing up on the WAVE search. After digging in, I found that what distinguished that specific line, was that the previous partial shipment was made manually, without
