Manual Update Required to Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp 2022.1

This notice applies to customers who are using the NetSuite Electronic Bank Payment (EBP) SuiteApp, version 2020.2 QA (ID 315896) in your account.

What is Changing?

The Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp version 2020.2 QA is used for testing and cannot be used in production accounts. Hence, NetSuite recommends you update the SuiteApp to 2022.1 version manually.

You can update the SuiteApp manually starting April 25, 2022 until June 30, 2022.

Important

Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp version 2022.1 is loaded as an upgrade. Do not uninstall the current version of Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp, uninstalling the SuiteApp will result in Data loss.

Netsuite cannot automatically update the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp in your accounts. Hence, it recommends you to manually update the Suiteapp in your accounts.
