Reports crossing fiscal years

Can I create a report that is pulling some months from one year and some months from another? This would be for both budget and actual columns. I'm trying to build a trend/burn report for a grant year that is different than the fiscal year.


I want to show each month the percentage of funding they have used? Thanks!
