OpenAir | Deprecation of NSOA Connector 2016.2 Endpoint and NSOA Old Connector UI – Action Required

OpenAir will discontinue support for the 2016.2 NetSuite Webservices Endpoint, as well as support for the Old NetSuite OpenAir Connector UI, effective with OpenAir’s 2022.2 major release. Additionally, OpenAir recommends customers use "Enable Direct TBA" in their NetSuite OpenAir connector to improve performance of the connector.

These changes are required as NetSuite will deactivate the 2016.2 endpoint in 2023. It is required to use the new NetSuite OpenAir Connector UI before upgrading to the supported 2020.1 endpoint. Customers must take action to upgrade to the supported components.

Customers who are currently utilizing the 2016.2 NetSuite Webservices Endpoint and/or the Old NetSuite OpenAir Connector UI must upgrade to the new Connector UI as well as the 2020.1 NetSuite Webservices Endpoint. OpenAir recommends that these changes be tested first on a Sandbox account if available.
