Required Action: Verify DNS Records for Your Websites

This is a reminder notification that was sent to customers where we were unable to verify the DNS records for one or more of your website domains that are hosted or served by Oracle NetSuite. Website domains hosted or served by Oracle NetSuite must ultimately point to the unique canonical name (the CNAME) displayed in the CNAME (Alias) field on the Domain record in the NetSuite UI.

Please verify your website domains as described in Required Actions. If you have already verified the DNS records for your website domains, you may disregard this notification.

What is Changing?

CNAMEs in NetSuite are not new, but as we continue to optimize our hosting model, incorrectly configured DNS records for your website domains may lead to service downtime.
