Credit Memo Inventory Detail
Hello,
I would like to know if Credit Memo Inventory Detail Status will be able to tell if a returned product is in Good or Damaged status.
Does Credit Memo Inventory Detail Status follow Inventory Detail of its related Item Receipt? Will there be any case where Item Receipt Inventory Detail is "Damaged" but Credit Memo shows "Good"?
This is the procedure we will have to handle any returns => Create RMA -> Create Item Receipt through NS WMS -> Create Credit Memo.
Standalone credit memo or credit memo created from invoice, cash sales or sales orders will be only when we are crediting a customer without us receiving returns so these wouldn't apply to what I'm looking for.
