Custom Portlets for Customer Dashboard
I am looking at options to design custom portlets for use on the Customer Dashboard.
How do I access the EntityID (the Customer) so that I can filter the results to the specific customer when rendering?
I have tried using this code (which will work on a Suitelet to get data from the URL parameters):
var id = context.request.parameters['entityid']
But I am assuming there is something in the way the Portlet code is deployed into the main Customer Dashboard page that prevents this querying the page URL?
I'm getting this error:
org.mozilla.javascript.EcmaError: TypeError: Cannot read property "parameters" from undefined (/SuiteScripts/TestPortletPF.js#11)
