Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (aka Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Action Required: Add mailsenders.netsuite.com to Your SPF Record
This notice applies to customers who are registered with eFax to send faxes from your NetSuite account. When you send a fax from NetSuite, eFax validates your DNS Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record for the sending domain. An SPF record is a DNS text (TXT) record. This SPF record may be managed by someone in your company, or by your Domain Service Provider.
To ensure uninterrupted delivery of faxes sent from NetSuite through eFax, please add mailsenders.netsuite.com to the SPF record for the fax-sending domain by August 1, 2022.
What is Changing?
Our records indicate that you are registered with eFax, one of the third-party fax services available in NetSuite. Because of this validation by eFax, we are asking you to update the DNS SPF record for the domain from which you send faxes. To better distinguish communication traffic sent from NetSuite accounts, we are reserving the mailsenders.netsuite.com domain for faxing services. In the future, the sent-via.netsuite.com domain will be reserved for email services only.
