New Premium Phone Service for Asia Greater China
A new Premium Service of Mandarin Language telephone lines in Asia Greater China is now available starting July 7th. This service is being launched to help you with higher severity cases that significantly affect the use of NetSuite. Our Mandarin support specialist will receive your calls from 8am to 6pm China Standard Time (Monday-Friday).
The telephone numbers according to countries can be found below:

- Taiwan: +886 801127805, +886 801127806
For lower severity cases and assistance in Chinese, you can submit the case online from your NetSuite Account Center. For online assistance in English, please use the Contact Support Online
