Required Action: Add mailsenders.netsuite.com to Your SPF Record

This notification applies to customers who:

  1. are registered with eFax to send faxes from your NetSuite account.
  2. have sent faxes through eFax from your NetSuite account in the last 30 days.

To ensure uninterrupted delivery of faxes sent from NetSuite through eFax, please add mailsenders.netsuite.com to the SPF record for the fax-sending domain by August 1, 2022. This SPF record may be managed by someone in your company, or by your Domain Service Provider.

What is Changing?

To better distinguish communication traffic sent from NetSuite accounts, we are reserving the mailsenders.netsuite.com domain for faxing services. When sending a fax, eFax validates your SPF record. You should update the DNS SPF record for your fax-sending domain.
