Netsuite Connector Inbound Shipping Sync

How do other people handle transfer orders when amazon receives under and over but has closed the shipment.

Example: we send amazon 30 units and they receive, count 28 units, close shipment. What do you do with the transfer order? Do you just close it?

Example: We send amazon 30 units and they receive, count 31 units, close shipment. The inbound shipping sync only receives 30. What do others do to receive the additional 1?
