Enhanced Security Controls in the Payment Automation SuiteApp
This notice applies to customers who installed the Payment Automation SuiteApp.
What is Changing?
Beginning December 14, 2022, the enhanced security control feature will affect access to certain Payment Automation features. The features will be restricted to users with authenticated roles that meet minimum security requirements.
Access to the following features will require roles with two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled per session, and 2FA settings that have not been changed within the last 12 hours.
- Setting up auto-funding
- Deleting auto-funding setup
- Bank Transfer (Add Money and Withdrawal)
- Creating and editing vendor record
- Creating bill payments on the Pay Single Vendor page
- Creating bill payments on the Bulk Payment page
