Pre-upgrade Maintenance for NetSuite Release 2023.1 (Sandbox)

This is a reminder that sandbox accounts are being scheduled for maintenance downtime to prepare for the new features for NetSuite Release 2023.1. All customers with a sandbox account will receive notice of the scheduled date and time.

We are reserving 2 hours for this maintenance. However, we expect the maintenance to be completed within an hour or less for most of our customers. Please note that the downtime may extend beyond the scheduled time if unforeseen complications arise during the maintenance process. All practical measures have been taken to prevent this, but the possibility does exist. During the maintenance, you will be unable to access online forms, web sites and web stores.
