Can you answer some of my very high level questions about SuiteCloud and SuiteBuilder?

Hello,

I've recently joined an organization as Sr. Architect. managing NS and a team of 10 off-shore developers. This is my first encounter with NS but I have been in the ERP space for some 30+ years using Dynamics, JDE, mySAP and a few small shop packages (including being a developer, implementation consultant for one)

I've subscribed to the Oracle Learning Cloud (Pass) and am spending as much time as possible to get up to speed.

One of the issues I see is system performance, I installed NetSuite APM and have been monitoring and reviewing transactions. I also watched the webinar on monitoring and improving system performance.
