End of Support for the Campaign Assistant SuiteApp

This notice is intended for customers who currently have the Campaign Assistant SuiteApp, bundle ID: 58023, installed and enabled in your NetSuite account. Oracle NetSuite is discontinuing support for the Campaign Assistant SuiteApp. You can continue using the Email Campaigns feature in NetSuite without the using the Campaign Assistant SuiteApp.

What is Changing?

In the past, the free Campaign Assistant SuiteApp helped marketing users create email marketing campaigns. However, due to the many changes to the NetSuite application over time, the Campaign Assistant SuiteApp will no longer be supported.

The Campaign Assistant SuiteApp is not fully compatible with the 2022.2 or future NetSuite releases. There is no guarantee that the Campaign Assistant will continue to function properly. Be aware of the following:
