Update Tax Authority Certification Service Records to Use the New Certification Monitoring Plug-in

This notice is intended for customers who use the Brazilian Hub SuiteApp or the Brazilian Hub Reporting SuiteApp.

On March 21, 2023, Oracle NetSuite is going to change the way the Brazilian Hub and Brazilian Hub Reporting SuiteApps update the transactions with information returned by tax authorities. Predefined Certification Monitoring plug-ins will be used to gather information from tax authorities, such as certification status, protocol number, access key, and more, and include them in your transactions.

March 21, 2023, to receive updates about transactions you sent for certification, you must create a plug-in implementation and associate it with the tax authority certification service records you use.
