Final Reminder: Resource Allocation Chart/Grid (RACG) SuiteApp Migration to RACG 2.0 SuiteApp

This notice applies to customers who use the Resource Allocation Chart/Grid (RACG) SuiteApp.

What is Changing?

The Resource Allocation Chart/Grid 2.0 (RACG 2.0) SuiteApp is now available.

Important: You must migrate to this new version before March 15, 2023, when the current version of the SuiteApp will be deprecated, issue fixes will be for RACG 2.0 only.

Why is NetSuite Making this Change?

RACG 2.0 includes updated translations for all language variants as well as multiple issue fixes.

Required Actions

Complete the following actions before March 15, 2023:

  1. Migrate to RACG2.0. To migrate to RACG 2.0:
  2. Use your standard provisioning process to request the RACG 2.0 SuiteApp either to a Sandbox for testing purposes, or to the Production version.
