Action Required: Reauthorize Shopify Connector Accounts

This notice applies to customers who you use the NetSuite Connector Shopify integration. In a previous notification, it was announced that Shopify is ending support for the 2022-04 API version on April 1, 2023. This notification is to inform you that Shopify has extended the deadline to June 30, 2023.

This change affects Shopify connectors that use the fulfillment sync. If you did not reauthorize your Shopify connector before the deadline, the fulfillment sync will stop working in Shopify connectors after June 30, 2023.

Recommended Actions

You need to reauthorize your Shopify connector before June 30, 2023, to avoid service interruption.

  1. Log in to app.farapp.com.
  2. Select the Shopify connector and account from the left menu.
