Action Required: Upcoming Rabobank Update for Bank Feeds
The Authorized Information Service Provider (AISP) for NetSuite is performing configuration changes to Rabobank bank feed connections.
On April 20, 2023, the AISP for NetSuite will update their system for Rabobank to improve connection to the financial institution site.
As a result, your current automated Rabobank bank feeds processes will fail starting April 21, 2023.
Imports from your existing Rabobank bank feeds connections will fail for the following services:
- Automatic daily import
- Manual initiation of bank data import through:
- Clicking the Edit & Save button (without making any changes) on the Connect Accounts to Europe Accounts format profile.
- Clicking the Update Imported Bank Data button on the Match Bank Data page.
