How to solve ERROR: Field '‌contact' Not Found?

I would like to simply show the primary contact's name, email, and phone in the customer record Primary Information section. I've found this article stating what we can use {‌contactprimary.entityid} as the default value but I am receiving "ERROR: Field '‌contactprimary.entityid' Not Found"

I've tried a few variations like {‌contactprimary.email} and {‌primarycontact.entityid} but I can't seem to figure out what the formula should be. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
