NSC|How to Create a Transaction Saved Search for Sales Order and their Invoices related to Projects?
Scenario:
NetSuite User wants to generate a list of Sales Orders related to project and wants to know if there are any Invoices related to it.
Solution:
1.) Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2.) Select Transaction
3.) In the Criteria tab, add:
Type = Sales Orders
Date = Select a Date Range (Optional)
Project Fields...Name/ID = set to not empty
4.) Under the Results tab, you can add the following to the existing ones:
Project Fields....Customer - Customer name without project
Project Fields....Name - Project Name
Billing Transaction - Will show the Invoice #
Billing Transactions fields....Amount - Invoice Amount
(You can also rename these fields)
