NSC | Customize the Email Template for the Customer When They Submit a Support Case
The steps below will let you personalize the email notification when the customer submits a Support Case.
Step I: Customize the Email Notifcation Template
- Navigate to Setup > Company > System Email Template
- Filter Template Category to Case Notifications
- Click Customize beside the Standard New Case Customer Notification
- Modify according to your business needs
- Click Save
Step II: To use the customized notification email, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Setup > Support > Case Profile
- Click Edit beside the Case Profile
- Click Notifications
- In Case Creation field, select the customized email template
- Click Save
