NSC | View All Forms Filled Out by Customers
The user would like to create a search where they can view all those forms that have been filled out by their customers for analysis.
Create a Customer Saved Search and add the Online Form History: Form Name field. Use the Summary Type to group and count the number of customers who used the forms.
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Select Customer
- In the Results tab > Add the following fields and set the Support Type
Expected output: You can click on the form name to drilldown the search results.
