NSC | How to Activate and Deactivate OpenID Connect (OIDC) Integration
Scenario
The user wants to disable an OIDC integration for one of their inactive integrations.
Solution
To deactivate an OIDC Integration with any integration, the user can:
1. Go to Setup > Integration > NetSuite as OIDC Setup (under Manage Authentication).
2. Click on Deactivate on the row that you want to disable.
3. If you want to re-enable a deactivated integration, switch on Show Inactives on the upper left side of the page. This should show all inactive integrations.
4. Click Activate.
