How to add ITEM fields to Workflow Email Body
I am doing an Item related Workflow and will be sending a few emails as it goes thru different states.
I want to be able to add the Item name, description and several other standard and Custom ITEM fields to the emails.
The Item name and some standard fields show up, but the custom fields and the description field do not.
Do you know where I can get the right way to add these fields? Is there a catalog I can get to know which ones to use? Any of the Schema, Records, Connect or Analytic Browsers? The Email Templates have some fields but do not include the Item Entity.
