SuiteCommerce InStore Custom Record Change Notification

This notice applies to customers who use SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS).

What is Changing

NetSuite is making a change to the custom record named “custrecord_ns_pos_fb_line_quantity.”

The update changes the record data type from integer to decimal. The change is needed to correct an issue affecting processing for some fallback batch transmissions. The updated data type is expected to be in place in July 2023.

Required Actions

No action on your part is needed for the custom record change. Note however, that the change might result in data loss when processing older Fallback transactions.

If you detect that some fallback data is missing from your transaction records, please contact NetSuite Customer Support for assistance.
