Action Required: End of Support for NetSuite India SuiteTax Engine SS1 Plug-in

This notice applies to customers who use the India Localization SuiteTax Engine SuiteApp (SuiteApp ID: 400562).

What is Changing?

In the next release of the India Localization SuiteTax Engine SuiteApp, support for NetSuite India SuiteTax Engine SS1 plug-in will end. When this support ends, you may face issues if you continue using the SS1 plug-in for tax calculation.

Required Actions

You must enable the NetSuite India SuiteTax Engine SS2 plug-in and update the tax engine for tax calculation in your subsidiary records.

To enable the NetSuite India SuiteTax Engine SS2 plug-in:

  1. Go to Customization > Plug-ins > Manage Plug-ins.
  2. On the Tax Calculation
