NSC | Match Bank Data page > Transactions are greyed out

The Match Bank Data page is where you match imported Bank Transactions with NetSuite Transactions.

Scenario:

The user manually imported Bank Transactions. After importing, the user checked the Match Bank Data page and saw that the imported transactions are greyed out and cannot be selected for matching

Solution and Explanation:

This happens if it involves importing multiple lines of Bank Transactions. The system will need time to upload the data into the system.

The user would just need to click on the refresh button beside Imported Bank Data
