Old versions of files being served up from file cabinet

I mentioned this in a reply to another (possibly related, possibly not) question yesterday, but is anyone else seeing issues with old versions of files being served up by the file cabinet?

This started yesterday morning. I've noticed that I can upload a new version of a script to the file cabinet, if I try to preview the file, I see the new version of the file, but if I try to access the file via it's URL, I get an old version of the file back. I've tried different browsers, clearing my cache, incognito windows, same thing happens consistently across all.
