SuiteCommerce InStore iPadOS 17 Update
This notice applies to customers who use SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS). We are advising you not to apply the iPadOS 17 update to the iPads you use for making transactions with SCIS.
What is Changing?
Apple has released version 17 of their iOS and iPadOS mobile device operating system (OS). The Oracle NetSuite team has identified issues that can occur when running SCIS on any version of the iPadOS 17.X platform.
Required Actions
At this time, do not update your IPads or other Apple mobile devices running SCIS to any version of iOS 17 or iPadOS 17.
