Currency Exchange Rate Integration Feature Past Rates Were Incorrect

This notification applies to customers who have the Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature enabled in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from Xignite, one of our data providers.

What Has Changed

Due to an issue with Xignite, your NetSuite account received incorrect exchange rates for one or both of the following currency pairs:

  • Bermudan Dollar (BMD) to US Dollar (USD)
  • US Dollar (USD) to Bermudan Dollar (BMD)

You may have received incorrect exchange rates for the BMD/USD currency pair on one or more of the dates between May 2, 2018, and September 25, 2023, inclusive. The correct exchange rate for each date in that range is
