SP WFM Scheduled Release Downtime – US: 2:00 PDT 29th October, 2023

SuitePeople Workforce Management will be down for 60 minutes for a scheduled release.

The release is scheduled for:

  • AU: Monday 30th October 07:30am AEST
  • US: Sunday 29th October 02:00pm PDT

What is Changing:

WebSocket Enhancements.

WebSockets are used to keep the data you are viewing in sync with the latest data we have on our server, these updates are used on the Daily/Weekly/Multi-location views and also for your notification count. This release aims to improve the performance and reliability of these real time updates.
