New to NetSuite | NSPB: Adding and Scheduling a Job in NetSuite
Now that we know about Creating and Scheduling Batch Job in Data Management, let’s now discuss how to manage the same jobs in NetSuite.
It is essential to know that jobs are initially created in NSPB and must exist there before they can be displayed in the NetSuite UI. Jobs created and scheduled in NSPB do not automatically show up in NetSuite. Using the administration role, you should add the preferred jobs first before you can proceed on scheduling the same jobs in NetSuite. Scheduling jobs in NetSuite is beneficial as it provides a centralized system to monitor job schedules and their statuses.
