Action Required: Reauthorize Walmart DSV Accounts

This notice is intended for customers who use a Drop Ship Vendor (DSV) account in your Walmart connector. On March 1, 2024, Walmart ended support for the digital signature-based authentication process.

What is Changing?

Beginning May 1, 2024, only token-based authentication will be accepted for Walmart API calls.

If you do not reauthorize your Walmart connector before May 1, 2024 to use token-based authentication, your Walmart syncs will stop working.

Required Actions

You must reauthorize your Walmart connector before May 1, 2024, to avoid an interruption in service.

  1. Log in to app.farapp.com.
  2. Select the Walmart connector and account from the left menu.
  3. Go to Settings > Credentials.
