Action Required: Upgrade the Application Performance Management (APM) SuiteApp in Sandbox Accounts
Customers impacted by this notice:
- The APM SuiteApp is installed in your production account, and
- You have one or more active sandbox accounts with an APM version lower than 2.1.6 installed.
What is Changing?
APM version 2.1.6 includes enhancements to performance data query capabilities in your sandbox accounts. The query capabilities of APM will be unavailable for accounts with a SuiteApp version lower than 2.1.6.
To ensure that your sandbox accounts have the latest features, fixes, and security updates, you must manually upgrade the APM SuiteApp in these accounts. You should upgrade the APM SuiteApp installed in these accounts as soon as possible.
