NSC | How to set one location to <null> for "Reorder Point" and "Preferred Stock Level" fields?

Scenario

User needs to an automated way to <null> for Reorder Point and Preferred Stock Level fields since doing them one by one will be arduous and will take a lot of time. As of currently doing this via mass update is a system limitation and currently logged to Enhancement#109179: Mass Update > Items > Add ability to update reorder point (with preferred location when MLI turned on) but an alternative solution would be doing it via CSV import.
