Reminder: Upcoming Changes to Your NetSuite Service Tier
This reminder applies to customers who currently have either a Premium, Enterprise or Ultimate NetSuite Service Tier license. We are making changes to the service tier licenses that will affect you.
What’s Changing?
Starting May 15th, 2024, the model for NetSuite service tier licenses is changing. The Premium, Enterprise and Ultimate NetSuite Service Tier licenses will no longer include a sandbox account. Your current service tier license, which includes one sandbox account, will not be impacted by this change. You will continue to have access to your sandbox account for the remainder of your current service tier license term. Note
