Updates to Permissions for Philippines Localization

This notice applies to customers who use the NetSuite Philippines Localization SuiteApp.

What is Changing?

Philippines Localization SuiteApp version 2.3.0 includes invoicing template enhancements that require assigning additional permissions to roles you use to access the Philippines Localization Setup page.

To ensure you have continued access to the Philippines Localization Setup page, you must complete the required action after the release on April 24, 2024.

Required Action

After the SuiteApp update on April 24, 2024, a user with an Administrator role must update the standard or custom roles you use to configure Philippines Localization:

  • Step 1: Add single page application (SPA) permissions to your roles.
  • Step 2: Update the permissions and access levels of your roles.
