HELP! Check printing off after update | top margin

Trying to do a check print run and the template is no longer matching the preprinted check. I have tried to adjust the basic pdf layout but it still does not change, the top margin stays in the original place.

Using chrome, fit to print

when using custom print option, when changing the percentage it appears to stay anchored to the top left corner only
