Does anyone have any idea what the error below is about?

nlerror: VALID_LINE_ITEM_REQD You must have at least one valid line item for this transaction. afterSubmit_WC(Ps_lib_WO.js:152) afterSubmitTrans(ps_ue_ApplyTrans.js$15099:185) (ps_ue_ApplyTrans.js$15099:504)

This error occurred while I was doing a work order completion and saving it.
