NSC | Landed Cost > Item Receipt > No GL Impact (Troubleshooting)
Scenario
User wants to know how to troubleshoot the issue of not having the GL Impact of Landed Cost in Item Receipt.
Solution
Below are the following resolutions if GL impact is not reflecting in the Item Receipt: (GL impact should be displayed if all three are set up correctly)
- On the Item record, Track Landed Cost preference must be enabled under Purchasing/Inventory Tab.
- On the Item Receipt page, mark the Landed Cost per Line preference under Items & Expenses Tab.
- Make sure that there's a Landed Cost Template already set up.
