Action Required: Update NetSuite CPQ Configurator and SuiteCommerce Extension Bundles

This notice applies to customers with one or both of the following bundles installed in your account:

  • NetSuite CPQ Configurator
  • NetSuite CPQ extension for SuiteCommerce

A series of bundle updates that include architectural changes and improvements in compatibility will be released in the coming months. In preparation for these changes, you must update the bundles in your account to the latest managed version before May 20, 2024.

What is Changing?

Starting May 20, 2024, the latest version of the bundles will be pushed automatically to your production account by NetSuite.

Required Actions

  1. Before May 20, 2024, update the bundles in your sandbox account to the latest managed version. For more information about how to request a sandbox, see the help topic
